Preparation for certification according to the MSZ EN ISO/IEC 27001 : 2006 information security management system

As part of its service portfolio, PROTAN Information Security Consulting Services Co. employs experts and consultants to develop and implement, in a documented manner, the information security processes of company management systems based on the ISO standard, and prepare such systems for certification, for organizations performing economic, service or management activities.
The MSZ ISO/IEC 27001:2006 information security management system is a solution ensuring the comprehensive identification of threats through procedures and control measures and efficiently reducing the security risks associated with basic threats.

At our customers' request, we provide implementation and installation services, preparation for certification according to the system standard in a documented manner, as well as system supervision and maintenance after certification.
As a service activity, PROTAN is ready to administer and perform internal audits and manage system development or risk mitigation tasks.
If necessary, PROTAN can conduct information security due diligence assessments for its customers, reviewing its tasks and suggesting measures for the mitigation of existing risks.
If you place an order with us, we can also supervise, maintain your certified system, or even perform internal audits.
We provide the following services to our non-certified customers:

  • information security consultation,
  • information security due diligence according to the MSZ ISO/IEC 27001:2006 standard
  • information security risk assessment,
  •  creation of an information security regulation.

We can ensure integration with existing MSZ EN ISO 9001:2001 quality management systems, or, if a new system is established, develop integrated systems.
The tasks to be carried out in connection with consultancy and service assignments are handled by experts within the organization of PROTAN. Our experts possess the corresponding licences as internal company auditors, issued by the Hungarian Chamber of Engineers.
To ensure the operation, control and transparency of the processes required by the certification system, PROTAN recommends its valued customers the use of the EVENTUM software. This software makes the entire quality management system more transparent and easier to control.
